Customized products only!

Orders are processed and shipped within 10-15 business days unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing a pre-order item, the processing time will be as advertised at the time of purchase. 

Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or personalized items may take an additional 3-5 business days to create before shipping.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping (if applicable): 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (see promotional offers at checkout).

TikTok Shop Orders

  • Orders placed via TikTok Shop will be shipped according to TikTok Seller shipping guidelines.
  • Customers will receive tracking information through their TikTok account once the order is shipped.
  • TikTok Shop’s fulfillment policies apply to processing, delivery, and return timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using the provided tracking link.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number for updates.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
