Air Bubbles & Minor Imperfections Please note that air bubbles within the cup may occur naturally during the shipping process. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacements or refunds. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Returns As each order is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once your order has been placed. Damages & Order Issues We strive for quality in every order. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including: Custom-made or personalized products Personal care items (e.g., beauty, skincare products)Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases Sale items and gift cardsIf you have any concerns regarding your item, please contact us before purchasing. Exchanges To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
